I know! I think she probably was. That was the biggest gift we've bought her because my brother and I had jobs, and we wanted to get her something really nice. Yeah, sometimes wool can be itchy, but I think guys are less sensitive about that stuff XD lol.

Ugh. That is super annoying. I mean, the whole point of orientation is to get people to mingle and make new friends. You all did just that. Mission accomplished. They should have left you alone XD

Yeah, it was pretty funny. She swears up and down she had no idea, but I'm pretty sure she did Thanks! We felt super clever while doing it. That sounds hilarious! I've seen those hat/beards!! They look super cool, and really cozy. I bet he'll get a real kick out of it! You'll have to tell me how it goes. Hopefully better than my attempt at surprise XD

I sure hope so XD I think she had an idea we were getting it for her all along. We gave it to her all sneaky like too. We bought a case that looked like a wallet, and put it in there before we wrapped it. I was hoping she'd think it was just like a purse or something, then open it and be all surprised. Nope XD She tried to play it off like she was super shocked, but we all knew better

That's really cool! It's funny how you meet some of your closest friends in unexpected places. Yeah, it would take a while, but I would take pictures of multiple items to save time and space See? I didn't even think about that! It would be super helpful if your luggage got lost or stolen. Yet another reason why I'll probably do this the next time we travel XD

Hahahaha! Me too! My brothers and I got my mom an iPad for Christmas last year, and I was sure she would cry. She didn't though, and I've gotta say, I was pretty bummed

That's really great you have someone so close to you! Is he in the same field as you are? I'm really bad about packing XD I waited to pack for a trip to Florida until the night we left A list definitely helps, because it probably cut my packing time in half, then I used it as a checklist to make sure I had everything when we were leaving Florida to come back. I'm pretty obsessive about it I even wanted to take pictures of everything I was bringing, and my mom gave me a look like "ok, dial back the crazy" lol! I hardly ever travel, so it's all new to me!

Lol it had already made her family members cry. I brought it to her first birthday party explaining what I was doing, and everyone had to look through it XD
Well, they actually have all of their pictures (or most if them at least) uploaded to their Walmart photo account, and the rest are saved on memory cards. They also buy all the rights to professional pictures, so I really just think its lack of time lol. They're pretty busy, so I definitely understand. Luckily it won't be too hard for me to sort pictures by year once they are printed

Oh I bet! My stomach would just be a ball of nerves and butterflies! That's great you'll have friends there. It'll make it a little bit easier. Uh oh XD Well, at least you're not digging through your suitcase trying to find things lol

I'll have to take pictures to show you sometime. I'm trying to make one for her every year so on her 16th or 18th birthday she'll have something showing her growing up It's been tough getting her parents to give me pictures for the book though. She's going to be 3 this month, and I only have the 0-1 book done. Still need to do the 1-2 and 2-3 book
