It was! :D We found a place that makes the best clam chowder ever and a kick-ass candy store, and a bookstore we passed had a whole display of Shakespeare books up because of us (technically the festival.) One of the girls and I started singing Chameleon Circuit at the top of our lungs near the end of the day. That afternoon completely made up for the suck of the festival.
It wasn't. :c But it was made up by the fact that some of my friends from our group and I played tourist around the downtown area all day yesterday. c:
Mm, I don't think we did better than the actual show, but we still did pretty damn good. :D I have no idea. o_o I'm kind of thinking that it's because the other groups only had four or so people doing 3+ parts in five to six different scenes, but seeing as most of their scenes were monologues.... :B
Hey, where should that Org+Akat roleplay of ours take place? Castle Oblivion? o:
It was. Oh god it was. The organizers kept asking, then rehashing and asking the same damn questions to every single actor during the question/discussion time right after the performances. And when they weren't flat-out asking those questions, they kept trying to worm 'em in. :gonk: They would not shut up.
But I do know for a fact that we did well. ;D We were bloody fantastic. And- I like to think- professional. Because out of the three performances I saw, we were the only group to have costumes.
That's wonderful to hear! :D I'm so glad that it went well for him and he's doing fine.
It's fine! <3 To quite honest, you didn't miss anything. To be very frank and blunt, everything but the performances SUCKED. :B And I wasn't all that fond of any but ours, so. (But I'm biased)
