Oh, we can decide the humans when they come up. You don't have to have a human, though, it can be another race that resembles human, like elf or fae or something of your creation.

Well, other than our human or otherwise characters, there isn't much else to decide. Oh, except relation. How should our characters know one another? I mean, it's the norm to have characters be strangers in the beginning, and bring them together somehow, Should we change that up a little and make them friends in the beginning?
