How about just basics. Name, age, hometown, short bio (personality, family life). Nothing too details so we can learn a little about the characters as the stories go on. Also, when more people join the band, I think we should both be able to control them. Only the main two should be separately controlled. That way interaction is easier.

You mean story-settings? Weeell, my character is going to be Canadian. Maybe they should meet in an American airport near the border in the East since that's closer to Europe. Both characters took a flight from wherever they came from, then landed in that airport on the border, and THAT plane got cancled. It was "that plane" that was taking them to Europe. The United Kingdom, or something.
