Lol, it's not the meat. My dietitian actually said that lean beef would be better for me than chicken (sodium content and all).

It's the everything else... I love cheese and sour cream and fried shells... :drool:

Just lettuce and peppers and pico de gallo and salsa isn't as appetizing to me. I'm in it for the dairy xD
