They're essentially all just YA/teen fiction stuff. The Riordan books are on Greek/Roman/Egyptian mythology, Patterson's books is the third in a series about a young witch and wizard fighting for their lives in a modern day witch hunt, the Chima's about a young princess/queen whose journey to ascend the throne of her kingdom leads to an unlikely friendship with a street thief that might be the only person capable of helping her save her kingdom from the wizards who seek to gain power over the council, Colfer's a book of fairy tales, and Rowling's murder mystery adult novel.
I've already read Gray Wolf Throne. I just haven't technically bought it yet.
Catching Fire introduced my favorite character in the series, and Mockingjay is hard to describe. I'll just say that it was ironic.
