Smudgie always, always has her claws out, even though I've ascertained that she can retract them, so when she crawls/slides all over you (something she does frequently, part of the loving/unthwartable/wholehearted/uncoordinated thing) you end up with quite a few claw marks. And she used to startle easily, so sometimes she forcefully dug them in when frigtened. Those are the ones that left the deep, lasting scars.
Oh, yes please. Sounds entertaining. Smudgie is really gentle (with people, that is. She's all too happy to torment Pumpkin) But the one thing she will bite is my knees when she perceives them under the covers.
I know what you mean about siamese weirdness. In some ways, it's like that, but she seems to stand a class apart at the same time. She's supremely uncoordinated, and doesn't do anything but wholeheartedly. She also won't be thwarted. Funny girl.
