bun is a cold vermicelli noodle dish with carrots and sprouts and lettuce (or sometimes asian cabbage instead) and there is a little bit of mint. you can get it with either pork, shrimp, beef or egg rolls. i love the beef because it's a little lemongrassy flavored and oh so delish! there is a little accent over the 'u' in bun so it's pronounced more like 'boon' but whatever it's called, i call it amazing
