Of course pitbulls aren't actually vicious unless you raise them that way... but they're more of a danger than ferrets.

No now they're using the excuses that there's no rabies shot (there is one now though they still keep using it) or distemper shot (which has been removed from there list as there is now) also that they're 'violent' towards children and say they have Children's Health Sciences or whatever to prove it, and that they could become Feral and blah blah blah. All complete bullshit mind you.

Yeah they're considered an agricultural pest.
Originally put there by mistake along with other states.. but all have removed ferrets from the list except Cali because they're scared to admit they're wrong and they're being paid not to legalize them with the excuses of false facts that are made up. >.<

I technically can't live there.. unless I would want to sneak my critters in there. xD
Ferrets are illegal in Cali and so are Fennec Foxes. >.< It's so sad.. :(

Though the funny thing is... if you look on ebay almost every ferret cage being sold are from Cali. :rofl:
