Yes and no. It's good to be together again but it's sort of hard to get used to that actually. We've been arguing a little lately but I think it's mostly my fault. I've been a bit grumpy out of culture shock I think. V_V

Well I have had the game a lot longer than you... I haven't really played it seriously in like a month though. V_V I married the doctor, I think he's cute. ^^; At first I was going to go for the cowboy though but he didn't like pretty much anything I gave him. V_V Kathy will get one heart if you give her alcoholic drinks I think but I haven't found anything she really likes. I'd say try blending one carrot in the mixer to make carrot juice. I have a feeling she would like that if she likes carrots because I'm pretty sure drinks are on her likes list.

Yeah, I love riding my animals. I just preordered Harvest Moon: Tale of Two Towns for the 3DS. I can't wait to get it, it comes with this cute little alpaca plush! Alpacas will be a new animal in the game. They're really cute but I have the feeling that I won't like taking care of them much. I'm not a fan of the sheep in this game and I think it will end up being the same sort of mechanic. V_V

You can actually make tea by cooking a single herb in the pot. It's a cheap way to make tea and a lot of people like it. You should definitely look, it will help you find out what people like too. I know Kathy likes drinks but I can't remember what else. People usually prefer stuff you cook yourself rather than stuff you find but either way you'll get there eventually, it just takes longer by giving them the more mediocre items.

Didn't I already tell you? I was moving down to live with my fiance and his family on Long Island. I'm already moved now though, I'm just trying to get into the swing of things now though it's been pretty hard. It's almost like culture shock being here. It's the exact opposite of what I'm used to, and not necessarily in a god way. V_V

That's good. I want to play but there are plenty of other, more important things I should be doing, like applying to jobs, reviewing my French, unpacking and whatnot. It's hard to manage everything though. I'm in the spring of my second year. I'll be having a baby here in a few weeks!

*Shrugs* It's not really that pressing. You can get to it whenever you have a bit of spare time. I should really be replying to our roleplay and one more but I just haven't found the time/motivation. T_T

I usually put research into the games I buy so I don't think I've ever really ended up with one that I just didn't like fortunately. I'm sure it will happen eventually though. >.<

Aw, Henry sounds like a good name. ^_^ I ended up going with all French names for the things on my farm. ^^; The bell could be a lot more useful if it had a bit larger range. And yeah, you get money from everything you ship as far as I know. I ship garbage along with good produce just because there doesn't really seem to be anything else to do with most of it. I've done the exact same thing with the oven and the pot. It's rather annoying. The most annoying thing is that you can't make quantities of things when you cook, you have to make each thing individually which is a real pain.

Have you given it any gifts? If you open the menu, the little round button at the tip of the nunchuck does I think, and then scroll over to the friends tab and then scroll on that tab over to the wild animals section you can see all the animals you've petted. If you hit + I think it is on the wiimote you can view what they like and if you give them those things it will make them happiest. I befriended the rabbit simply by petting it every day I could and giving it those herbs you find even though that wasn't on it's favorites list and it eventually came home with me.

And, I also caught a shark once while blue fishing! (I am that cool) I used to go every year as a young gal, and I always caught the most fish, along with being the only girl on the boat. So, the last year I went, in high school, I was like, 'Yah, I am over always catching the most, this year I'm gonna catch a shark!' (hahaha.....right?) So yah, I got a HUGE tug on my line, and I FOUGHT hardcore to reel that sucker in.... It broke the surface after long drawn out fight and everyone's jaw dropped! The captain of the boat lifted him out of the water long enough to get a picture, but he was snapping and trying to KILL so we cut the line and let him go. He was probably a 4+ footer.

I have a Saturn now. I donated my car in the spring cause it was dying, and my grandfather's old car went to me, which was nice. It's alright, but it gave me some grief a few weeks ago.

Yeah, sometimes it can be pretty hard to find stuff on the MAC, even if you know the name of the item, sometimes the tags aren't done very well on certain items and they can be nearly impossible to locate.

I haven't done that with many games either. It used to be when I was younger that I never had money to get games so I would have the same ones for a long time and would be sure to play through them all the way before getting another. Now that I have money to spend on them I buy them more often and thus have less time to complete them before buying new ones. I'm also interested in more games than I was then so I'm compelled to buy ones I see and know I'll like.

I dunno, he was a good character always trying to help Harry and stuff, he just annoyed the crap out of me. And the fact that everyone seems to absolutely adore him gets annoying after awhile too. V_V

Aw, that's so cute with your mom. Eep! I'm glad you were able to feed your cow though. What did you name it? The bell is rather useless in my opinion. It only works outside. If you equip it and press A once it will ring it and if any of your animals are close enough to you they will get hearts and turn and start to walk in your direction. On the other hand if you hold the A button it should repel the animals. The annoying thing is that the range isn't very far so I don't find it as useful as it could be.

Don't eat the spotted mushrooms. They will make you faint. I found that out the hard way. You can't cook with them either and if you try to give them as gifts people get mad at you. They seem completely useless but maybe there's something you can do with them. If you ever figure something out with them, let me know, I'm curious!

Oh yeah, failed dishes actually made you lose stamina too. I did the same thing and ate it because I was curious. It's kinda stupid but also funny. ^^;

That's odd. But, that's usually what happens. One day it will work, the next it will just be like, oh guess what?!?! Joking!! My car does that sometimes :stare::stare::stare::stare: And I don't really have a tan at all this year even thought I've been swimming a lot lately. I just got back from the pond a few hours ago, and I saw the length of it again, this time I made my friend Tom come and enjoy it too. Last time we were there, this girl asked my sister if she was albino (when I was crossing the lake) which is funny, cause I am paler than she is atm. Hehe

Yah I am, I applied to a few places in Astoria, and it would be a cash break for my brother ( and myself) plus he has a bedroom free. :D I don't know how long I'd stay, but I think it sounds like a fun adventure!

I hope you got it up and running at some point today. Way to be all work in the yard-y. I saw a movie with the fam, then went swimming up the road at the pond with my nieces, sister, and brother in law. I swam the length of the pond, but I'd really like to be able to do it twice ;) (and more freestyle... I did mostly breaststroke)

If you have access to the DAC that's the best way to do it I think. The only thing is that you can't preview hair/eyes/skin that way so you'll have to do those separately. I'd just plan it out on the DAC and then go buy everything if I were you.

Yeah, Odin Sphere. I didn't figure there would be many cheats for that game. I usually play games on easy because I like to focus more on the story/art than the grueling difficulty. I don't think changing the difficulty on him will work, I may be remembering it wrong but I think you have to choose it at the beginning of the game and can't change it once you have. I might be wrong though. The other problem is that he doesn't really play it anymore so I'd somehow have to get him to go back to it.

LOL! I would have forgotten about him too. I never like Dobby as horrible as that may seem. >.<

Oooh! I'm so glad you're liking it! I swear I won't ruin it for you but if you have any technical questions then I can try to help you since some of the stuff is hard to figure out at first. Eventually you'll be able to make your own food and won't have to buy stuff. I usually just ate raw mushrooms; they don't give you much stamina but they're free. You can eat the colored herbs too.
