Well that is why both the store manager and area manager are asking for a revisit. I just hope she didn't tell anyone else I work with.

Well, apparently I didn't even say hello and there was a long wait time and yadda yadda, but that doesn't sound right at all.

She even got the location of our store wrong. I hope she can convince them that the lady is lying. I might be fired because of this...
