it's such a pain in the ass to always have untrained people.
we need you in the work force so people don't have meltdowns!
i think that almost every day at work. but then i think about the ratio of people who f-ing suck to people who care and are decent and that i like and i decide i want to stay for them. because i know how much my job would suck if they left and i know how much their job would suck if i left. so i stay. maybe there is something like that that you can think about for your job. specially if you need it financially.
