that's sound nice...minus the heat. I don't like the sun so much. Im more of a spring, fall type of gal, thought I freaking love snow. We don't get a lot of that here, sad as it is. No air pollution sounds awesome too. I live near a mountain, so we don't have a lot or anything but thres enough light that the stars aren't always visible. I love seeing stars. Your lucky in that :)

You are so luck! First?!!! That's amazing :) We have basic sports at our school, nothing fancy cuz of lack of money. :P
Forestry...well, we're a logging town, so basically the competitions have to do with cutting logs a certain way, climping trees with equipment, running on a rolling log...etc. it's really stupid, i think, though i have been to a couple....but only because one of my best friends was in it.

That's cool your school is good in those :P Yeah, we have about 10 maybe 15 guys, sometimes less. Like yours, it was mostly girls. And even then, the guys were people you wouldn't expect to see doing sports :P our school was good at some cross country, track and the big thing (this makes me cry) forestry competitions.
We had a beast on our team too :P Yeah, we usually had on average about 43 swimmers every year. which is funny cuz our school was really small. it consisted of mostly girls too.
We have two I think that swam all year round out of the 20 or 30 some odd girls we had. the rest that were fast were just built to swim. it was kind of sucky for me but I still managed to get fastish :P
It is really really akward. Try teaching it to kids sometime, now that's a fun time :P
Yeah, i wasn't all that great at backstroke but i was usually in the b or c team relay for the backstroke...yeah.
I CAN'T STAND BREASTSTROKE!!!!!!!! Mostly because I have bad knees, so it messes with them but I just don't like that stroke at all. And i was worse at it then butterfly, even though i could finish a full fifty or more. but yeah. In a meet, it was either front or back stroke or Im not doing it :) i'd just embarass myself and the team...:P
I know exactly what you mean. My distance race was usually my last individual event, and it's always been my top fave, so I always put my all into it. OF course, my coach would put in the one or both of the two relays that came after that, so I was dead already and died again when doing those...:P and it's always worth it, especially when you get your time.
