time's titan was the weapon reaper staff thingy

lets see, short hair, reaper like scythe but not the millineum one, uh fire scarf, long sleeve shirt with button like things going down the front, a belt with a broken heart on the side dripping like blood, pants I dont remember, i think they were black or dark red or something, and shoes im not sure. Let me find that inked outline of the picture...
