Well February of next year will mark three years, so basically we can walk away any time after that with no penalty. We may get a place sooner, still, and just pay the like $1800 to get out, since it would be wasted otherwise on rent, yah know?
Nah, since I hate being all warm and sweaty. D: It's lovely today, it's like 70, windy, cloudy, and impending rain. Nearly perfect. If only it was more like 60-65, then it would be like an ideal day. Though I guess 70 isn't so bad compared to the 91 yesterday. -.-
It's not much of a plan so much as a hope that things work out. A lot of different things need to fall into place for it to happen, so I guess at least the place were in wont kick us out. Technically we're on mortgage for the trailer, but we can walk away after three years with no penalty if we want, I mean, we lose the money put into the trailer, but even with that bit and lot rent it was cheaper than if we had rented an apartment.
Never heard of that place, but it sounds lovely. I love me some deals. Yeah, our bedroom can keep cool but the living room is a nightmare and not much we can do about it. Hopefully we'll be moving soon, and then I wont have to deal with this place. XD
Keep sweating and maybe you wont be chubbier. XD I wish, anyways. If sweat got rid of fat easily I'd be like practically anorexic after this heat so far.
Yeah, yesterday was gross too. D: We can't keep the place dark, the living room/dining/kitchen has too many windows. We need to put up new shades and what not, but the good ones to block the light are super expensive.
