Let me know what shard/server you pick, and your character name.

lol it is a perfect time for someone to open that door. if we keep posting eventually our charas will get roasted.

And you are not stupid. Character classes in Rift are fairly complicated. But no class is better than the other. It's all about what you enjoy playing really.

I'm not sure about better, both are pretty good depending on how you build them up and how you want to play. Clerics can be healers, or they can be druids. Mages are pretty much just ranged damage. Though I like the pyromancer build for mages the best. Elementalist mages are really good too. For Clerics, I've only ever done an offensive druid. But the other builds for them are pretty good from what I've seen.

Lol choose whichever one you want. I think female Kelari on defiant side are cute, and the female high elves on the guardian side are pretty. I usually play as a female character in mmos. They look better than the men characters lol. Except in Tera. The elven men in Tera are sooooo beautiful.

Lol, PVE or RP either one is fine. Basically an RP server is for people want to be totally in character. Like even when they type in the chat boxes, instead of acting like themselves, they say things or do things based on how their character would say or do. But from what I've seen, most people in MMO's even on an rp server barely stay in character.

let me know when you get into the game and which server you play on. Though, they call them shards instead of servers in Rift. But it's still a server. My current characters are too high leveled to play with you. so I don't have a problem making a new character where ever you are. I have fun playing around with the skill trees in Rift so starting over with a new character is always interesting. What kind of character do you think you'll want to make?

The skill trees in Rift can be confusing. At first it'll seem like character class choices are limited, but once you get in the game, you have several different skill trees to choose from depending on which class you picked. Like all the archery stuff is under the Rogue class, and all the druid skill trees are under the Cleric class. There are three skill trees you can put points into. Your main tree and two secondary ones. But before you commit points to any of them you should look them over carefully. The way to change skill trees is to click on the icon that's in the middle of one of the trees and a list of other skill trees available to you should pop up. Buuut here's a website that should be really helpful. Clicky

lol. Well, a dungeon is basically just a place in the game that usually requires a group of five people or more to go through. You get out when you kill the final boss. The best gear usually comes from dungeons. All MMO's have dungeons.

They seem interesting. I'm in a dungeon on Tera right now, but I'm logging out of the game once it's done. So if something happens in the INN and I'm really slow about replying it's cause I'm still in the dungeon.
