Nah man I get that totally. I get that all the time. I have depressive tendencies so I have periods of exhaustion and emotional lows. Eating becomes something more of a once a day thing (and only then because my mom forces me to eat she literally stands there and won't let me get up until I've finished whatever she's made me). Maybe you should try meals that don't need much prep like cereal. I can almost guarantee if you eat more you'll have more energy so you'll be more awake. If the problem does persist even after you've eaten and goes on for much longer than you're comfortable with I'd see a doctor about it.

Ah yeah I get that. I don't have a kid but I know what it's like to have so little time for yourself. But you do have to make an effort to eat, even if you have to force yourself. I've been doing that and it's been helping me feel better.

I'm doing alright thanks. We just bought new sheets and pillows and stuff so at least we know we're sleeping clean tonight. The worst part about today though isn't even the lice; my retainer broke at dinner and now I have to go the flippin' orthodontist and I don't have dental insurance anymore. I'm not having a very good day. But how are you?
