Yes, but that's only 70% IF the scientists have miraculously guessed the three strains that will be most attacking this year. Which is almost impossible, considering they're constantly changing. Sometimes that number is as low as 20%. I don't know. I don't like it.

Also, I'll reply tonight! We're just putting new lights in the kitchen and painting the cabinets, so I haven't really had time to sit for a while. Every time I sit, I'm getting back up for something, and now we're headed out for new brushes.

Flu shots have nasty things in them, like formaldehyde, resin, sucrose and even mercury (a known neurotoxin that attacks the nervous system), among other things. And, the flu is a virus that's ever changing, and every year, scientists take their best guess at to which flu strains they think will come about, and put those into the shots. So it's just a guessing game for scientists anyway, which is why the shot rarely even works, and only works about 70% of the time against the flu strains it even targets.

The shot can cause nasty reactions, like fever, rash, headaches, hives, and has even caused seizures. It's also manufactured using eggs, so people who have egg allergies can't get it either. It's just not really clear whether or not pumping yourself full of that nasty stuff, that probably won't work, is worth the risks. If you're healthy, you shouldn't need the flu shot. I got the flu shot when I was a kid, and still got the flu, and survived. So I mean, it seems pointless. Maybe necessary for the elderly? But still if it's only effective 70% of the time on three random flu strains of all the strains out there... I don't know.

Lol definitely not. Flu shots are awful. I won't be getting one, and my daughter won't ever get one either.

I feel you totally. I've been there!!! With other people on Mene! You've just gotta accept it, and move on. Some people just do not get along. *shrugs* It's okay. There are tons of people here who loves you.
