I like to play the games they are cool. I;m just used to more gold earning from gaia, lol But i really like it here its more cozy and small then big gaia. and I like to be in the book forum. which forums do you like to hang in?
Yeah, I applied for the Spring semester, but we'll see if I get in. There are only 49 slots, and my application number was 886...I don't know if that's just the random number they give me or if that's the amount of people that have applied, but we'll see. Most people don't get in on their first try, but since my school goes strictly on a point system--A = 4pts, B = 3pts, etc.--and I have a 4.0...I'm hoping my chances are up. I'm in Anatomy and Physiology 2, now, and it's killer, but I'm doing alright. 88% and 86% on my first two exams. Hopefully I can bring that up with the next three I have. If I don't get int, I'll be taking my last two prereqs, and probably an EKG and flobotomy course so I'll be set for my clinicals. I already work in physical therapy, so I'm getting a lot of good experience.
I haven't cosplayed since I was 14 XD...it's so much hassle. I much prefer just wandering around spending my money on Jrock stuff.
Yeah, it's a very hard thing to figure out. I was going to ask our family friend's grandmother to help me out because she sews ALL the costumes for her grandkids from Jack Sparrow to Alice in Wonderland and more, but she's recently been diagnosed with breast cancer in the later stages, and she's not doing well. I couldn't, in good conscience, ask for her help. As it's looking now, I don't even know if I could go to Otakon, so I have to wait until later on to make sure I can. There's a lot going on, and I find out next month whether or not I got into Nursing School, so xD
LOL I think it might be too late to book another hotel room, and it's already hard enough to ask for stuff like that since a. I don't have the money for it, b. I don't have a big enough group, and c. Daddy's already up and taking us to New York for 3 days to see 2 concerts next month. And he flew me and my sister to England for 17 days this passed summer. I can't keep asking for stuff. Daddy does, though, drive us down in the morning, let us stay all day, and then comes and picks us back up 'cause we're only about 40 minutes away from the BCC. I'm hoping to go this year with one of my girlfriends and my sister, and a few others might tag along, but I'm not sure. We don't cosplay, though...if I did, I'd want to be the bassist from my band in his costume from 1998, but it's intricate to make, I can't sew, and I don't know anyone who could! XD Besides, I'd have to tape my boobs back, and they're big so that wouldn't be fun at all! XDDD
Its pretty cool. I'm just used to gaiaonline and its a little different from that so I'm still trying to figure it out. plus it is way harder to earn gold here. lol
I'm a mom and active in my community. I help out with the local anime club and teach Sunday School. :) My checkered past just makes me an interesting person. LOL
