I definitely considered watching Idol this season too! Haven't watched since Carrie Underwood's season!

Of course, sometimes interviews can prove to be useless when the interviewers are, well... incompetent. Not sure if you're familiar with Nellie McKay... Anyway, she was on The View a few years back, about to sing her song 'I Wanna Get Married'. All the ladies asked her questions beforehand as to whether she really wants to get married, and calling such an idea cute, etc. When she finally got around to singing, it was pretty hilarious to see their reactions (the lyrics basically highlighted all of the reasons to not get married. :lol: ). She was nineteen at the time, and it was GREAT that she got to more or less school these women who were all so much older than her.

I looked on Ellen's website earlier, and she's apparently looking for foreign singing acts from around the world to bring onto her show! So that explains why VV was on today, as well as La Roux a few months back... And a bunch of other people in between. D:

The VV Brown clip is on Ellen's website... I stumbled across it while watching Ellen, waaay before I even knew she was on Ellen today! :rofl:
