I believe you can either 1: send an email to [email protected]. Or, 2: click contact us at the bottom of the page (little blue links on the way bottom) and send in a ticket for support :)
Hello Piano Fighter, welcome to Menewsha! I saw that you mentioned your previous account was banned because you marked Menewsha emails as junk (probably not meaning to, right?) You can get your old account back if you'd like. :) They'll reverse the ban as long as you take Mene off the junk list.
