I was walking over to the mall by my house today when the strangest event occurred. Now weird things have happened to me from time to time but this has to top the list.
This car pulls up beside me and the guy rolls down the window and stops. Not really that strange, I figured he probably wants directions. I stood back on the curb as I was taught as a child so I couldn't be grabed and I talked to him.
It started off pretty normally he asked for directions to a government office. He was new to the area and had to change the registration on his car. I told him I didn't really know. He asked me if I needed a ride somewhere, I said no very quickly. Then he mentioned he was from the US (his accent said differently but whatever) and he was also trying to figure out how to get Canadian citizenship. He asked me how he should go about doing that, I told him I didn't really know that much about that. He then asked me if I was born in Canada, if I was Canadian. I said yes I was.
Then he started going on about how he knew about how some people would get married to gain citizenship, then would later get divorced. Then he asked me if I was married:O. I'm not, truthfully I don't even have a boyfriend, but I told him I was. I don't think I wanted to get away from somewhere so fast in my life. Then he asked me if all my friends were married, I told him they were (the closest any of my friends come to married is engagment). He said oh. I told him I had to go, and he continued on his way.
Strangest day ever. I mean I've hear of people doing things like this, but I never thought it would happen to me. Let alone in the middle of a street with the guy hanging out the window of his car.

So I'm like 9 buds away from getting a second pair of wings, but I'm also really close to crashing and falling asleep right here at my computer. I think I'll give it another 20 minutes tops and then I'm going to sleep for a bit.
It's a little after 4 am here, I probably should have went to bed earlier but I couldn't sleep. Insomnia sucks. At least I don't have to work today, however I'm going to be super sleepy by the time my Brownie meeting rolls around (not that being a leader is any sort of fun right now).
Anyway, back to randomly clicking around Mene I go.

I was definitely giggling while reading that. I would have been freaked out myself. Had you said no, do you think he would have pulled you into that car? XD Wow.
