Ahm, something I came up with yesterday, I was kind of half asleep and it just came to me. Kind of showcasing Gabriel's more secretive fear of what Byron might do though react in an odd way when he wakes up.
*sigh* Ah, I can't say anything in that regard. But make sure 'a few more pages' doesn't turn into ten or fifteen...
Sleepy? You need to sleep, then. Working on my reply, and kind of wondering if we'll be describing the night for our characters... Wondering if I ought to add that dream sequence I thought up while I was dozing.
Ah, I see... But you know, it seems to be going a little fast. I think I'll leave that knowledge to the readers and have Gabriel not realize this. Besides, I'm sure he'll not go trying to unlock the door anyway being so far from the exit itself...
Perhaps after a couple days---letting Gabriel out in small amounts, depending on yours and Byron's ideas.... He's left to his own for an instant near the door and he bolts for it, but it's locked...
At least, that's what I'm thinking about, but it's up for all kinds of speculation.
