Oh, you did say that. France. I've not heard of a woman in France.
Ah, she used large sun hats with thin drapery. Kind of like how you'd imagine a beekeeper's helmet to look, only opaque.
Well, no doubt the chimpanzee attack wasn't the first. And considering it was in the States I'd have not heard of anything else unless it went International. Hopefully she's feeling comfortable now, though. It took a long time for the other woman to even be comfortable without some kind of cover over her face.
Ah, right. Because I was sure I'd heard of it. A woman getting her face ripped off by her pet chimpanzee some years ago and had a face transplant eventually... Or it's still being taken care of, I haven't checked up on that...
Yes it was. I definitely got into the habit of locking my door... And keeping a stash of food so he didn't get to it.
Oh, really? I thought that'd happened before already... Was it for a reconstruction?
Ah, that's good. Mine... Well, luckily I only had to have him around for five months, but... he was creepy. And he always ate everything! And stole my clothes... I think he sleepwalked a lot because I'd wake up to find him lying on my room's floor... This during the time I just got away from my family and was trying to get around on my own. So glad I didn't have to deal with that for long...
It's nice to get away from the family, if in a little way like that. Gives you more independence that way too. And moving in with a friend doesn't have that odd period of getting used to a roommate you don't really know. Can kind of lead to awkward or strange situations, that.
Ergh, couple that with a ranch of animals and homeschooling until high school (at least for me). No, I don't really keep in touch with them. I mean, an email every now and then, maybe a phone call, but otherwise I don't even think much about them. So long as they're okay, that's what matters to me.
