All I remember is Rai laying on top of Slan, pinning him down and digging his claws into the boy's wrists, drawing blood. He looked very... Very pissed off about something. He was growling and hissing at Slan.
Then he said in this really... scary voice... "If you run again, I will kill you."
! I got a fright because I looked down and saw something white moving around. It's just my cat XD
Ah! That's actually not a bad idea! And Eddie had to endure it when he was a younger Messenger, so he'll be able to make note on various things that might have changed over the years. And his being one of the teachers would be a test of his own ability, one step closer to becoming a member of the council.
