Very true. Although one can write in fantasy that's saturated in horror. I've read plenty of fantasy-horror set in a modern world, and it can be plenty scary or creepy. One just has to put work into it, and tone down the fantasy gradually until they're prepared to leave it behind entirely.

Hm. Perhaps I'll take a look at some videos sometime soon, then. I like to know things and get new skills, after all.

Heh, well, it's very easy to write a horror/fantasy. If one wants to branch out, they should always start somewhere familiar rather than dive completely into a new world.
