Uhh... I'm such a light sleeper---anything can wake me up. Especially now that someone's sleeping with me. Anything affects my dreams, startles me awake, or can even manipulate the direction my dreams go. So I really need some caffeine to wake me up entirely in the morning...

Not really. It is really for people trying to get work in the field and those that need to pass NCEA 1 and 2 (Like the highschool credit system here). I was forced on it by the place that pays my benefit when I had no job. Now that I have one, I am leaving both the benefit and the course.
You are supposed to learn how to cook, clean, serve customers yadda yadda yadda. I found mysel being forced to take exams on making a resume, interviews and finding work... So... pointless.
