Well, that's a pretty good deal right there. Then again, after you have Steam you don't have to go out to buy the games separately, you can just buy them from Steam itself. And I think they're still in their summer sale, so prices are HUGELY dropped. Actually, let me see if I'm right on that...

Oh my... Well you definitely have to register and download steam. Usually that's a first-order-of-business type deal, but if the CD needs steam support, you'll be prompted to download that first.
