I knoooow... I didn't even know teens could live alone, especially not with a toddler.

Well, I had a toddler and teen, siblings, their parents, a young adult and an adult, and their parents, two elders. The elders died of old age. The adult died of a meteor. The young adult drowned. Now the teen is taking care of his little sister, going to school, taking two after school clubs that makes him late every weekday but Thursday, and is trying to write novels to make money to keep them living well.

Oh my, something awfully sad happened in my Sims...

Well it got reaally heavy a minute in and I freaked out. But it's... calmer... now... Hope it stays relatively calm.
