I tossed my potato chunks with 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder and the tiniest bit of salt and some oil. I've heard it tastes really good, so I hope they're delicious.

Well I have a hand held potato peeler, so it makes it quick, but you can still cut yourself with it, even though it's not very sharp lol. And somehow it makes potatos fly out of my hands lol.
