Ah, not bad! I like the idea. An image, you have? Perhaps I'll have to find one of Soloi should he manage to become human later on. I'll think about that concept, though, depending on what you think.

Weeell... Ech, don't follow my thoughts if you don't like it, but perhaps he could be combined water and ice? Since his hair is light blue, that might indicate his limited power over water, and as he's a silver dragon, the silver of his scales indicate his power over ice and cold weather?
