Well I don't see how one mystery costumer will get you completely fired. They can be used as a learning curve for people that's never dealt with them and hasn't had that experience yet. I mean, I could imagine how it'd be after a few times, and all. But not once.

If she's got the location wrong, among other obvious stupidities, then she's obviously lying! And you're not the one to blame for a long wait time. Besides, you've basically done everything right so far, so if you get fired for this I'm sure that could be considered foul play.

And forgive the fact that I almost wrote 'fowl play'.
