Oh no. I was there once, just to see the insanity, and caught a waitress that was leaving. She said today they'd been understaffed and she'd been on her feet all of twelve hours. And to top it off, this particular place has a way to get bread to a table fast: Throw it at you when you call for it.

Gawd, some days... Can last up to a week like that! Oh, let me just tell you, there was a restaurant in one of the towns I lived in that constantly, every day, every week, every month of every year are constantly lined up out the door. They have chairs and sofas on the breezeway because you have to wait hours just to get in! And it's open from eight in the morning to two in the morning with hardly a break in the flow.
