It's supposed to be historical since yeah, pru ain't been around for a while. It should be pre WW2 so at least avoid throwing out the internet and cell phones. XD You can be super historical if you want and I'll follow suit or we can just fudge it a bit.
I dunno, francis and antonio probably wouldn't go looking for him since Gil supposedly said good bye forever. But Gil would def go search them out when he realizes he's not dead yet. I mean...whatever you think is reasonable for them...
