I put bacon and beef in mine. I worried it wouldn't come out too good since I was low on chili powder and cumin. It wasn't bad. It's a little more tomato-y than my usual, but it's enough difference to keep things lively. :drool:
I didn't have any peppers, either. The shops in town have very poor produce and I forgot to stop at the better grocery store on my way home from class on Friday. Eek.
So instead I bought diced tomatoes that had peppers in there. It worked in a pinch. XD

I'd share my curry if I could. There's a huge pot of it in the fridge. And chili. I made the chili yesterday, and while it tasted good, it wasn't what I wanted so I made the curry.
On the plus side, I guess dinner for the next 2+ nights is done. o_O
