Ah, we did not really touch into those areas at all. India, various Pacific Island countries and Aotearoa, New Zealand were the regions which had more focus on at my university. I was unfortunate enough to miss out on the lecturer who had the Sri Lanka Tigers as her area of study. Although I managed to attend her retirement seminar and also had a few classes from Jeff Sluka who did his research on the IRA. <3 As for the ethnography class, it will not happen as I failed so badly I got kicked out. u.u

Hey, just hoping that I did not come off as too much of an ass hat in our exchanges in the best country thread. For what it is worth, I do appreciate you recommending that book to me, as that is an area of anthropology which I am quite interested in. So thank you.
