Awwh, that's adorable! My grandma was a super bible-basher, so she pretty much only listened to Frank Sinatra and Andrew Lloyd Webber. A few years ago, I was at her house and she was telling me about a "CUTTING EDGE NEW MUSICAL" and when she played it for me, it was Phantom of the Opera. Don't get me wrong, I love POTO, but it's not exactly Repo. xD
Urgh, Pandora... sometimes I love it, but only if I put in a BUNCH of artists that are mostly indie. And even then, I end up with bands I already know about. ,:/
That's why last.fm is still my gay loverrr~ that, and they have really good French music. = w=
Oh my god, Rush. = w=
Yeah, I generally find that I like a lot of the stuff my dad does, but the stuff that I don't like, I dislike SO MUCH that I can't trust his opinion. But, yeah, my dad has a lot of good cassette tapes of Roger Whittaker, Rush, Ten Thousand Maniacs, George Michael, John Cougar Mellencamp... really random '80s stuff. xD
I like my mom's taste in music from the '80s... she used to make my dad mix tapes, but now she's all into country bullshit. D:
Hmm, let me think... Maybe Katie, Another Postcard (you HAVE to have heard this one... it's the one about chimpanzees), For You, Testing 1, 2, 3 (you need to look this one up... it's about being awkward~ it makes me smile)
Haha, yeah... well, I think it stems from me not wanting to like any of the same stuff as my dad.
Yeah, I've only listened to a few Ben Folds songs, but I love him SO MUCH.
I never really get tired of Fall Out Boy, but that might be because I don't listen to the radio much, and I don't really listen to the songs of theirs that are played on the radio, but I must admit they're all sort of the same song.
Hee, BNL makes me smile so much. I think my favorite CD of theirs is Everything to Everyone, just because it was my first.
Tegan & Sara, The Veronicas, Voltaire, White Stripes, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Yellowcard and 30 Seconds to Mars. (Ew, some of those are so mainstream it hurts. Dx)
Heh, I did the same. I didn't want to skip a few, and I'm sure I missed some, but I'll live. ;~;
Gogol Brodello is so... gah indescribably awesome! >w< (also, I think it's funny that I listened to Start Wearing Purple before you sent it to me. xD)
You have really great taste in music!

AND SORRY, YOUR BLUE SKIN WAS HIDDEN BY A LAYER OF FUNGAL GROWTH THAT IMPAIRED MY JUDGMENT. D:<
Filthy whore. >:[!
As for Facebook, I have two. O:
One I use for this game I play, and one for IRL. I don't go on my IRL one all that much these days, because I became hooked to stuff like Farmville/Restaurant City/Sorority Life on my fake Fbook. @[email protected]
I'll probably add IRL pics to my fake Fbook someday, but at the moment I'm too lazy/don't like the current pictures of me enough.
Hillary Duff did, really? xD Yeah, I'm pretty sure Avril did... but I might be wrong. Meh.
Ohh my god, I think I love you. Yeah, I really like music that's technically pop, but not because the artists are sell-outs (ahh, Lily Allen and Mika~! :boogie:) Also, I used to be halfway obsessed with the White Stripes. I'll definitely look up Gogol Bordello, and I'd love it if you sent me a list! :3
I could never choose my favorites. :C Every time I try, I forget so many. Dx
