Plus I have to stand up on stage in Stabler Arena, all the way in Reading, for who the hell knows how long in really hot June weather in a green garbage bag. The graduation gowns literally look like big green garbage bags and feel like them, too.
It's simply a waste of money and time on my end. All of the friends I have who are going are only concerned about winning stupid prizes, having psuedo-sex with their dates on the dance floor/against walls/on film, or sitting around and doing nothing but gossiping. And it's a waste of fifty bucks that I'm not willing to spend. Plus, I don't dress up for anything. At all.
Probably because they know I'm serious. I've demonstrated in the past that I rarely make idle threats. Let's see how many things I can properly remember, that I did in the past...
When I was thirteen or so, they decided they wanted me to participate in one of my cousin's weddings. Which meant I was supposed to wear a dress. I don't do feminine clothing, and I refused. I told them that if they forced me to do so, I wouldn't wear the aforementioned dress. I would instead walk out in my underwear. :3 They didn't believe me...and I sure as shit proved them wrong...
