Yeah that's true. I had never asked my mom for money before (well not that amount), but we really just couldn't afford to pay the taxes. @[email protected]
My dad gets disability as well. He has... post-polio; so he's stuck in a wheelchair pretty much. We're not too close though, as my parents got divorced when I was young.
We're paying off credit cards now; so this keeps are funds pretty low. Must knock some out!

I don't like repeating things, but I don't mind. Usually only in person do I mind it. :P
I just have issues taking in large amounts of information at once.
My husband and I are a pretty separate family unit; so we're not too involved with our original families. I think I've gotten a bit closer to mine though, especially since one of my brothers now lives relatively close.
