Butlers aren't responsible for cleaning up, though, right? Wouldn't that be for a maid or housekeeper? And a personal cook would be live in, wouldn't he\she? I mean, who wants to go somewhere three times a day just to cook for someone else three times a day? Seems kind of... I dunno, a hassle or whatever to me. O__o;; Unless people actually do stuff like that...

He might. On one hand, it would be a way to "get away from it all," "live more simply," etc. On the other hand, he might want to eschew simple things like cottages on the grounds that they're TOO simple for his tastes, etc.
