I can't close an account. You would have to PM one of the assistant administrators, but they usually don't close accounts. Mene has the type of rules it does to keep the forum a pleasant and spam free place for everyone to come. I am sorry you're choosing to leave just because of this. But if you must, the best thing to do would just be log off and don't log back in.
