Litu was one of the first demons on earth. She is vampiric by nature, taking blood from people at night from children, as well as putting some of her own blood into them. This way she is able to control people she has bitten if they are close enough. The only way to defeat her is by exposing her to sunlight, for then she will fade into mist in order to escape being burned to death. This frees her captives.

Taro is Crete's son. Crete once had promised to sacrifice a steer, bird, snake, goat and baboon to Tsu in exchange for a year of prosperity. It was only after Tsu did this that Crete went back on his promise and Kasei attacked her. She escaped and punished Crete by cursing his unborn son. When Taro was born, he was a malgenation of the animals that had been promised to her.
Taro trained long and hard to regain his true form and can shift between forms. He was used by his father to execute his enemies as a form of "sport" by battling them in his cursed form until he saw Hiro as way of escape. With his father believing him dead, Taro escaped Minos Island and now roams Pangaea, looking for worthy opponents to test his strength.
He is in love with his strength in both his natural and cursed form and studied martial arts since he was old enough to fight. Taro views worth by strength and looks down upon those he views as weak.

Yagi is a yokai conartist. Passing himself off as a grand master, Yagi will string his students along by asking them do various things for him until they drop him before they've learned a single thing. Although he is a sneak, he is at least seventeen-million years old and has incredible power.
