Well, I dont know. My stories aren't turning out well.
Okay, I finally have an idea that I like for my new book. A Prince is dared to marry a mute peasant girl, and ends up falling in love with her. (I pretty much absed my entire story around a girl being either blind, mute, or deaf, and falling in love with nobility.) I originally thought that maybe the prince and the disabled girl fall in love and have to keep their love a secret and then he is in danger of getting betrothed, so he has to talk to his parents. Or, he marries a blind healer, and brings up the point why can't she heal herself and all that. And then he gets hurt, and she almost kills herself trying to heal him. Actually, in the original, they both died. I wanted it to be a tragedy, but then I realized, I couldn't kill off two in love.
It makes him seem to have a man-period is what it does. I need to get his mood just a tiny bit more stable. And the reason he's always pushing her away is because I don't like the mushy stuff, so it's me forcing him to push her away.
I wasn't necessarily meaning he was mean to her (which he was). I was just commenting on how he has pretty severe mood swings. Which tend to reflect my own. I'll be really sad one day, so I'll make him mean to Tamber. Right now, though, I'm just trying to go with the flow. I never ever have anything planned out, I just go with whatever you post and take it frmo there.
