LOL - yea - my ex gf and I were gonna cosplay them at a convention a while back but we couldn't get work off and she wanted to dye her hair (said the wig wasn't convincing) but it didn't work out.

Growing up I always felt like a Haruka - the overly masculine girl who liked guy hobbies and had short hair. If I were to cosplay as a sailor scout, it would probably be her. I did like her character too, and her attitude was awesome. I couldn't get away being all girly and cute irl which is why I go total overboard when I'm online. =3
Sailor Uranus (Haruka) all the way! Every "anime" friend or person I've dated (who's seen ANY Sailor Moon) always says I look, sound, and act like her. Not as tall as her though...barely pushing 5ft 1in. However, considering I dyed my hair black over spring break...they can't say anything anymore - LOL!
I totally agree however, I enjoy the conversations way more - especially the debate forum.
