That's what I was thinking - perhaps Rheila doesn't have the ability to transport more than one person around? Hence why she can't go? Plus, it would give Sarah a chance to get to know Jareth - the romance side of Rheila hoping beyond hope that Sarah may possibly someday return Jareth's feelings? Even if it is a long road ahead - kind of like what happened with her and her consort?

Because the evil is trying to GET to that energy - it's the last stop in it's destructive path~
And that's where the ball is being held, remember?
They're all in the throne room waiting for the destruction to come?
At least, I thought that's what we decided o.O;

As for the memories, I think they should start to go as Rheila sees the labyrinth slowly erasing~
And I think that should happen once Jareth sets foot within the actual Labyrinth, after he sets foot outside of the castle - kind of enforcing the idea later on that the Castle is the last safe haven within the Goblin Kingdom :3

Well, I think once Rheila starts telling Jareth what's going on, he'll kind of put two and two together, realize the folly he's made, and try and teleport to the site, only to find he can't teleport! So then Rheila is like "Jareth, if you're magic is fading, the Labyrinth is not safe for you anymore! You cannot possibly go there without protection. You need someone who has been through the Labyrinth and has completed it safely. Sarah, will you go with him and lead him through the Labyrinth? Make sure he doesn't kill himself trying to save it?" Or something like that~
Then Sarah goes, knowing that if Jareth doesn't stop it, her friends will be erased forever :3
