Well, Raman would probably react in some way to Dawn's kisses, Jareth would react to the kisses, Jareth would probably react to the way Lorval's talking to Dawn, Emilie might assure Dawn about Raman behaving or give Raman a hard time about Dawn kissing him (perhaps give him a hard time about how he reacts depending on how he reacts)
