To be honest? You don't need artsy coloring stuff lol
All you need is crayola colored pencils :3
That's what I do :3

The only thing artsy I'd recommend for coloring, are watercolor pencils or copic markers :3
The watercolor pencils aren't too expensive, but copic markers I've heard are wicked expensive~
