Jareth could send him out to set the trap to trap the people traveling with Dawn so Dawn would have to go on by herself, but he's a clutz and fell into the trap himself while trying to set it?

The entire time, I've kinda been hoping to play a Goblin - I dunno why, but I want to play one xD
But how to bring one into the story?
I don't want it to just randomly show up out of the blue in the forest - unless maybe it was captured by something that lived in the forest and they save it?
