From the front page, click on the banner for Celes Paradi-Going On Now. From there, under the search box, you'll see it says Event Map, with links. Click event over view, then three goddesses.
In case you do the event, I found out you can petition all 3 goddesses, not just your own. You can only PRACTICE with your own. As for the star eater, I think it takes at least 30 stars for the first event item, but you don't have to get that item if you don't want it, just save your stars for the item you want once all 6 (or 7) come out and then decide.

And if you post there as well, it'll automatically subscribe you to that thread. Or you can subscribe manually by clicking on "thread tools" at the top right of each page on a thread. I'm still learning, but it's getting easier. Shoot I couldn't remember how to get to my OWN profile for a bit there and it took me about a half hour to figure it out again the other night LOL!
