I suppose. I don't do it often, but when I do, it comes out so different from the original rp that it's not the same thing anyway. my short story is probably the only one that stays close and that's because it was all my idea.
that makes me feel better. one friend can be very good though I will miss having an actual group in high school.

I guess that can happen to. I was a writer before an rper, so I am just fine replicating what I wanted out of an rp.

no...you can't really replicate anything. But you can create something that fills the emotional void that the story left behind. If the new story has a same feel, it will do the job. I dunno why she doesn't answer my texts anymore and she won't give me her new email. :( sounds like combination hell. I wonder if that would work.

I'm sure it's not that poorly written! :P The quote in my sig right now is from an rp I've been missing dearly. That friend won't even talk to me anymore though we've know each other for many many years. One of the short stories I want to publish is based off another one of my rps with her. The plot and situation and everything was all my idea in the first place so I don't feel guilty taking it. I just replaced her character and went with the story where I had wanted it to go in the first place. I had tried to write it as a short story before that rp too, so naturally, after as well.

That's what personal writing is for. Only you can abandon the story. Sometimes I rewrite a dead rp on my own since I miss it.
then we make a good writing pair. titles are fun and love to come up with them.

I think beginnings and endings are the easy part to write. It's filling in the story I have issue with.

200 pages doesn't sound manageable! I'm naturally inclined to novels and lengthy chapter series, so I can't tame my muses.

I wish I had the stamina to keep with a graphic novel project. this is why I'm a fast painter! I won't stick with long projects well. ADD alert. lol, smut. My drawn smut is even worse than my written smut. >.>
